Mission

At Alliage Academy, we strive to transform current knowledge into innovative and measurable solutions by accurately understanding real industry issues and connecting domestic and international experts. Our approach is a clear cycle: Problem Identification -> Solution Design -> Pilot Implementation -> Evaluation and Improvement. Relying on advanced training, practical workshops, applied research and transfer and localization of global experiences, we learn alongside learners to help raise standards, reduce costs and increase durability and safety in production lines.

Pursuing proper understanding of the industry through field needs assessment, site visits, failure/wear data analysis and stakeholder dialogue.
In-depth understanding of welding and its requirements in various industrial sectors (oil and gas, mining, cement, steel, power plants, etc.).
Providing comprehensive training programs that combine rigorous theory with practical and problem-oriented practice.
Provide advanced metallurgical laboratory for testing, analysis, validation and problem solving.
Promote joint research and development (R&D) in welding and surface engineering; from design and development of new alloys to innovative welding methods.
Leverage global experiences, standards and best practices and implement them in a localized manner in the industry.
Activate a network of domestic and foreign experts and partners for mentoring, technology transfer and joint projects.
Offer accredited certificates from the University of Tehran and the Alloy Academy and pave the way for continuing professional development (CPD) for learners.
